Rowan leads the team at HMP in implementing innovative home modifications that promote independence and accessibility for people with disabilities and the elderly. Having a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, funding mechanisms, and best practices in service delivery, ensuring compliance and optimal outcomes for HMP clients.

Rowan takes a collaborative approach in fostering strong partnerships with stakeholders, including healthcare providers, families, and community organisations, to create tailored solutions that empower individuals in their own homes.

Jeff Cork

COO

Jeff brings a solutions based approach to everything he does. He is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and management of home modification projects.

Jeff is focused on enhancing the accessibility and safety for the elderly and individuals with disabilities.

Jeff started his career as an apprentice carpenter progressing to carpenter, site foreman and eventually project manager. HMP leverages Jeff’s expertise and practical knowledge in building and construction enabling him to coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and healthcare professionals, to ensure that modifications meet regulatory standards and individual needs.

Renee Murray

Business Manager

Renee has accumulated 10 years of construction industry experience over the human services and insurance industry sectors.

In her role as Business Manager, she leads a passionate team of individuals who collectively problem solve and collaborate to achieve modification outcomes efficiently and on budget for NDIS participants and their Occupational Therapists.

Renee believes that influencing change isn’t easy, however it can be achieved strategically to a high level with the right resources and people in place.
